We are seeking a CPA!

House of Dreams' wonderful volunteer and Certified Public Accountant, Shirley Scribner, is retiring. She has been a tremendous help throughout the years, providing us with pro bono tax preparation and 501(c)(3) non-profit financial counsel. We are now looking for a new CPA who can follow in her footsteps and help us with the financial realities of running an all-volunteer non-profit.

If you are a CPA in the Portland-area with 501(c)(3) non-profit experience, and are willing to provide pro-bono work, please reach out to us by emailing our main account: kittydreamspdx [at] gmail.com.

If you have a fantastic CPA that you, your family, or friends use and highly recommend, please send along their information and we will reach out to them directly.

Thank you for your help on this matter! The kitties of House of Dreams, as it turns out, are not financially savvy and remain unaware of what taxes and quarterly reports are, so we're afraid this issue is up to the humans. :)
